The opportunity forms part of the Parkway Assisted Living Development being provided by Your Homes Newcastle and Newcastle City Council.

As part of the scheme provision is being made to provide a bespoke catering facility which will benefit both the development but more so the wider community.

The appointed Partner/Tenant will commit to providing an offer between agreed hours and will be responsible for ongoing maintenance and replacement of all equipment provided upon handover.
The opportunity will be available on an agreement for a term of 5 years, with a guaranteed period of 12 months. The agreement will include mutual options to end at any time after 12 months with 3 months prior notice from either party. Any agreement will not constitute a lease and will be excluded from the security and
compensation provisions of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954. Consideration may be given to appropriate rental terms be it by way of traditional annual rental or by way of a percentage of gross turnover. Any rents are exclusive of VAT, rates, services and all other outgoings.

Each party to be responsible for their own legal costs incurred in connection with this transaction.
